NSFW is anthro only and I may require ID age verification before I work on anything. Requesting nsfw materials as a minor will get you blocked.

All art is for personal, private use and may not be used commercially unless agreed upon explicitly in writing.

My art may not be used for NFTs or put into AI for whatever reason. Ever. This includes trying to recreate my style. with AI

Art may be sold with its character, but not sold on its own unless it is a design/character in itself

My art is not to be edited without my explicit permission, this excludes cropping, adding text, or resizing

Do not delete my watermark/signature, moving it is ok as long as it is still readable!

I have the right to refuse commissions for whatever reason

If I cannot complete a commission for whatever reason, you will get a full refund. My health is unpredictable and I sincerely apologize if that is the case. You will also get a refund (partial or full) if I cannot complete it in a timely manner

I reserve the right to post my work anywhere as part of my portfolio. I will never claim to own your characters. If you have an issue with this, let me know beforehand. Litter pups will not be shared until they are released by default.

If you OWN the character in the art or have commissioned the piece, you may post my art anywhere as long as I am given proper credit, preferably to my toyhouse or Instagram (shxbadraws). If the art is not for you, you may not re-post it anywhere without explicit permission from me or the commissioner/owner of the piece.

My terms of service are subject to change to best protect my work and myself as an artist. By working with me you agree to abide by my T.O.S, current and future. If any major changes occur, I will post them publicly.

Characters designed by me may not be sold for more than bought for unless they have additional art

Litter pups are the only exception to the previous rule, as they are commissioned with the intention of being resold. There is a difference in price due to this.

Once you own a character I designed, you are free to do anything you would like with that character. However, you do risk being blacklisted if you use that character for hateful or bigoted content or nsfw scenarios that are illegal and/or unethical in real life. This is up to my discretion.

As per the last rule, using my designs in feral nsfw will get you blacklisted. This does not apply to anthro or humanoid versions of said characters.

I must be credited for the design of a character on all future references or somewhere on the character's profile (ex. Toyhou.se page as the designer)

If the character is re-designed/revamped, I still must be credited as the original designer. You may also credit whomever updated their design if you wish. Re-designing a character does not mean my T.O.S. no longer apply.

I will not reclaim characters I have designed upon breaking of my T.O.S, but someone who breaks my T.O.S. will be subject to being entirely blacklisted from interacting with or owning any of my work or designs in the future.
